Safety is one of our primary concerns.
It is the policy of Len Dubois Trucking Inc. to promote and provide a safe working environment for all of their employees. It is also the policy of this company to comply with all Federal and Provincial statutes which are applicable to our operation.
It is the personal responsibility of each Manager to ensure:
1. Safety is a priority.
2. Safe work procedures are developed and followed.
3. Equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
4. A high standard of housekeeping is maintained.
It is the personal responsibility of each supervisor to ensure that employees under their direction have received adequate training in proper work procedures so that maximum productivity may be achieved without accidents. It is the further responsibility of each supervisor to ensure that all proper work procedures are followed and all regulations are enforced.
Responsibility for safety must be accepted by everyone who has a part in the affairs of the company, no matter in what capacity he or she may function.
