Len Dubois Trucking has appointed a Privacy Officer to ensure that privacy policies are followed.

1. Is your point of contact if you wish to raise any matters regarding the use of your personal information

2. Is responsible for monitoring information collection and data security

3. Ensures appropriate training of all employee that will be collecting, using or disclosing personal information

Consent will be obtained before any information is gathered, used or disclosed. The circumstances will dictate whether the form of the consent should be written, verbal or implied.

5. Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention

We will only use or disclose your personal information with your consent (or as required by law) and we will only retain your information necessary to fulfill identified purposes or legal or government requirements.

You are entitled to question the Privacy Officer about our compliance with any of these principles.
